Miami Villa
Description
Exposed architectural concrete leaves no room for error, no finish layer to hide an imperfect pour, no second chance once formwork comes down. Every decision made on site becomes part of the final surface.
Designed by OMA, the residence demanded constant alignment across design, consultants, and Concourse's own self-performed crews, where the smallest miscommunication wouldn't just cost time, it would show up permanently in the walls. Concourse coordinated every stakeholder in real time, resolved conflicts before they reached the field, and carried the project to a completion most contractors wouldn't have taken on.
