Concourse is a technology-driven construction and construction management company. We self-perform our core trades instead of subcontracting them out, and we build every project in a shared digital model before it's built in the field. The model catches conflicts on screen instead of in a change order.
Our Story
Concourse was founded on a simple observation: the construction industry is structurally fragmented. Development, construction, project management, and digital coordination are typically handled by separate firms, with handoffs that introduce risk, miscommunication, and inefficiency at every stage. Technology, when it's used at all, gets bolted on after the fact instead of driving the process from day one.
We built Concourse to work differently. We self-perform the trades that carry the most risk and the most craft, concrete, shell, and millwork, and we run every project through a shared digital model so the crews doing that work and the model coordinating it are never disconnected. That combination, ownership of execution paired with the technology to coordinate it, is what lets us build custom and complex.
