Clearlake Residence
Description
A two-story Mediterranean estate on a lake in a gated golf course community, anchored by a corner tower and a full outdoor living program: pool, spa, summer kitchen, and paver hardscape running from the entry court through the back terrace.
Concourse's role here was construction management. Coordinating that many trades, structural, pool, hardscape, ironwork, and landscape, against one schedule is what keeps a project like this from turning into five separate timelines running in parallel.
